fe33 Terms & Conditions — Rules Governing Your Use of the Platform

1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "fe33" or "the Platform" refers to the online betting and casino services available at fe33.io, operated by the fe33 entity and its affiliated operators.
• "User", "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or transacts through the fe33 platform.
• "Account" means the registered member account created by a User on the fe33 platform.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by a User and held in their fe33 account for the purpose of placing wagers.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits or free-play funds awarded to a User under a specific promotional offer, subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any real-money stake placed by a User on a sporting event, casino game, or any other betting market available on the fe33 platform.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the fe33 platform in any capacity — whether by browsing the website, creating an account, depositing funds, placing a wager, or using any feature of the platform — you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, along with fe33's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

3 Eligibility

• You must be at least 21 years of age. fe33 operates a strict minimum age policy. Users who are found to have registered while under the age of 21 will have their accounts immediately suspended, all transactions will be voided, and any funds held in the account will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
• You must be a natural person acting in your own name and on your own behalf. Corporate accounts and accounts operated by third parties on behalf of a named account holder are not permitted.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, agent, or close family member of a fe33 employee or affiliated operator where participation in real-money gaming could give rise to a conflict of interest.
• You must not have been previously excluded, banned, or suspended from the fe33 platform by our compliance or security teams.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing the platform.

4 Account Registration

4.1 One Account Per Person

Each User is permitted to hold one and only one registered account on the fe33 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same identity or under different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. fe33 employs technical and manual controls to identify duplicate accounts and will close them without notice.

4.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration and must update that information promptly if it changes. fe33 is entitled to rely on the information you provide. Any account created using false, misleading, or incomplete information may be closed at fe33's sole discretion, and any balance therein may be forfeited.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. fe33 shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify fe33 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

4.4 Account Verification (KYC)

fe33 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money-laundering best practices. You may be required to submit copies of a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of the payment method used. Withdrawals may be held pending completion of satisfactory KYC verification.

5 Deposits & Payments

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

fe33 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and selected Bangladeshi bank transfers including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary depending on your location and account status.

5.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. fe33 reserves the right to adjust minimum deposit thresholds at any time with reasonable notice to users.

5.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your account balance in real time, subject to successful payment confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfers may take longer to process. fe33 does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

5.4 Currency

All transactions on the fe33 platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). fe33 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion required on the payment provider's side is the sole responsibility of the user.

6 Withdrawals

6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has been previously used to deposit funds into your fe33 account, or to a method that has been verified and approved by fe33's payments team. You may not withdraw funds to a third-party account or payment method not registered in your name.

6.2 Processing Times

Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad wallets are typically processed within three to five minutes of approval during operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days. Processing times may be extended where additional verification is required or during periods of high transaction volume.

6.3 Minimum and Maximum Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum single-transaction and daily withdrawal limits apply and are communicated within the account dashboard. fe33 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence procedures to withdrawal requests that exceed standard thresholds.

6.4 Pending Bonus Wagering

Withdrawals of funds derived from bonus credits are subject to the wagering requirements associated with the relevant bonus. You may not withdraw bonus-derived winnings until all applicable wagering requirements have been fulfilled in full. Withdrawal requests made before wagering requirements are met may result in the forfeiture of the bonus balance.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

fe33 may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, free bets, cashback rewards, and other incentive schemes to registered users. The following general conditions apply to all fe33 promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Each promotion is available to eligible users only, as defined in the specific promotion's terms. fe33 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate Bonus Balance and must meet the applicable wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, game contribution percentages, and time limits associated with each bonus are stated in the individual promotion's terms and must be read carefully before opting in.
• fe33 does not permit the use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once. Any attempt to abuse promotional offers — including through collusion, the use of software, or other systematic methods — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and may result in account closure.
• fe33 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any modification does not adversely affect bonuses that have already been credited and are in the process of being wagered.

8 Betting & Gaming Rules

8.1 Sportsbook

All sports bets placed on the fe33 platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, competition, and market. In the event of a dispute regarding the settlement of a bet, fe33's decision — based on official data from the relevant sporting authority — shall be final and binding. Cricket markets including BPL, IPL, T20 internationals, and bilateral series are settled using official data from the relevant cricket boards.

8.2 Casino Games

All casino games available on the fe33 platform are supplied by certified third-party providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. Each game is governed by its own rules, return-to-player (RTP) rate, and volatility profile, which are disclosed within the game interface. fe33 does not manipulate game outcomes. 8.3 Technical Errors

9 Prohibited Conduct

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification.

• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, insider betting, or collusion with other users or third parties to manipulate outcomes for financial gain.

• Harassing, threatening, or abusing fe33 staff or other users through the platform's communication channels.

10 Responsible Gaming

fe33 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire player base. The following tools and policies are in place to support responsible gaming:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account dashboard. Once set, a deposit limit cannot be increased without a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Users may set limits on the amount they are willing to lose within a defined time period.
• Session Time Reminders: Users may configure reminders that alert them after a defined period of continuous play.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the fe33 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, software, and the overall look and feel of the platform — is the property of fe33 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the platform for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of fe33.
• Use any data mining, scraping, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools on the platform.

Any unauthorised use of fe33's intellectual property will result in immediate termination of the user's licence to access the platform and may give rise to legal proceedings.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, fe33 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliated operators shall not be liable for any of the following:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from platform downtime, system errors, or third-party service interruptions.
• Any unauthorised access to or alteration of your account or data where such access results from your failure to maintain adequate account security.
• Any inaccuracy in betting odds or game data that arises from a technical error or a feed error from a third-party data provider, subject to fe33's right to void affected bets.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit fe33's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

13 Amendments to These Terms

fe33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, fe33 will provide notice to registered users via the email address associated with their account and/or via a prominent notice on the platform, at least seven (7) calendar days before the amended terms take effect.

Your continued use of the fe33 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must close your account and withdraw any remaining balance before the effective date of the changes.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with your use of the fe33 platform, you agree to first contact fe33's customer support team to seek an informal resolution.

Any formal legal proceedings arising from these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts applicable to the fe33 operating entity.
